Beyond Coaching has built up a team of over 100 talented, highly-qualified and experienced coaches who over the past 4 years have been working with the NHS to deliver 1:1 coaching with GPs, Practice Managers and Nurses to help them improve their mental health and general wellbeing.
In the wake of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we wanted to support the vital NHS employees and other key workers, but cannot coach all 1.5 million+ employees. Therefore, we decided the next best thing was to put our minds together and provide for a limited period, 8 of the most effective tools to help reduce stress & anxiety and improve resilience using a coach approach during this very difficult time.
